The Long Beach is an emerging major tourist destination boasting of its long stretch of stunning white sand beach extending to around 14.7 kilometers from Barangay Poblacion to New Agutaya to San isidro all the way to Alimanguan.
The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) has declared San Vicente’s Long Beach as a Flagship Tourism Enterprise Zone (Flagship TEZ), thereby attracting the leaders in hospitality and real estate industries to invest in what is dubbed as the “next big thing” in the tourism industry.
The Flagship TEZ covers 1 kilometer area from the beach front going inland. Although most of the properties falling within the zone in San Vicente are classified as agricultural, the properties will soon become commercialized because of the TEZ declaration. Many big investors have acquired properties in San Vicente, particularly TEZ properties, for future resort/hotel development, while others are for land banking.
The Long Beach enjoys the prestige of being the first Flagship TEZ in the country. Towards the development of San Vicente, vital infrastructure projects are on the way, with the San Vicente Palawan Airport already near its completion. San Vicente Airport already caters commercial flights serviced by Air Juan.
